INFORMATION GUIDE ON HOW TO ENROL AND GET A STUDENT VISA
Please
read this BEFORE completing the application form.

We welcome you and thank you for
choosing to study in Australia. All students applying to study in
Australia (or New Zealand) are advised to follow these easy steps
for a speedy enrolment and visa.
1. Please print
out and answer all the questions in the general application
form in English (you will need Acrobat
Reader to view the file). You need to send two recent
passport size photographs of yourself, photocopies of your latest
education certificates including a list of subjects and grades (these
must be translated into English). If you are applying for a Master
(by research) or a Ph.D. you will also need to include a one-page
research proposal.
2. Please include all the required documents
with the application form together with the enrolment-processing
fee. This one off fee includes enrolment, recognition of qualifications,
ongoing support, and if applicable, student visa application form
(eCOE / CEOS), airport pick up, accommodation placement and part
time work assistance. You may pay this fee in a number of ways.
Please see the application form
under 'Methods of Payment'.
3. When we receive your fully completed
application we will register you and send you a certified letter
from the institution (Primary Acceptance Letter of Offer - PAL)
confirming your enrolment in a suitable course of your choice. This
Primary Acceptance Letter is the first confirmation stating that
you have a place reserved for you in that institution in the time
specified. (In most countries you can use this Primary Acceptance
Letter to apply for a passport if you do not already have one.)
We guarantee speedy acceptance in a course, but this process may
take up to 2 months.
4. If you are applying as an applicant
from countries in Assessment Level 3 or 4 (we will inform you of
your country's Assessment Level) you should NOT obtain an eCEO or
pay the first semester's tuition fee until AFTER you have lodged
your pre-visa assessment application with the nearest Australian
embassy or consulate. If the assessment of your application is favourable
the embassy will issue you with a letter of genuineness, which means
you have been assessed as a bona fide student.
5 (a). After receiving the letter of
genuineness from the Australian Embassy please send it to us together
with the first semester's tuition fee, the Overseas Students Health
Cover and payment for four weeks' accommodation (if required).
5 (b). Students from countries in Assessment
Level 1 or 2 (we will inform you of your country's Assessment Level)
are required to send the first semester's tuition fee once they
receive the Primary Acceptance Letter of Offer from us. A pre-visa
assessment is NOT required.
6. Once your
tuition fees have been received we will send you an eCOE (visa application
form), which you need to present to the nearest Australian embassy
for your medical examination. Our office will send students the
details of who to contact in the Australian embassy nearest you
and also a free video on education and lifestyle in Australia.
7. When you purchase your airline ticket
please notify us as soon as possible of your arrival details so
we can meet you at the airport and take you to your accommodation.
Please note:
1 - Most of our students receive a discount of up to 20%
on their tuition fee.
2 - Australian student visa allows
students to work up to 20 hours a week while studying, and full
time during the holidays.
We
wish you every success and thank you for choosing us to help you
achieve your goals.
